Auto Dealership Warranty Administrator

General Motors Experience Required

Are you an experienced auto dealership Warranty Administrator, with General Motors experience, who knows warranty claims inside and out? Do you take pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right the first time?

John Thornton Chevrolet in Lithia Springs, GA is looking for an experienced auto dealership Warranty Administrator, with General Motors experience, to join our growing Service Department and ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and promptly. CDK knowledge is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday work schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Process and submit Chevrolet/manufacturer and extended-service-contract warranty claims.
• Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Verify warranty coverage and repair eligibility.
• Submit claims within manufacturer-required deadlines.
• Track claim status and follow up on rejected, returned, or denied claims.
• Correct and resubmit claims when necessary.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and assist with outstanding claims.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and management.
• Stay up to date on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist with warranty audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Help ensure the dealership receives proper reimbursement for warranty repairs.

Someone who is experienced in General Motors warranty administration, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

• Previous General Motors Warranty Administrator experience is required.
• Knowledge of warranty claim procedures and repair orders.
• CDK knowledge is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
