Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and verify claim information for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with representatives regarding claim statuses, approvals, and denials.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.
• Assist in reconciliation of warranty receivables and provide status updates to management.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information.
• Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, procedures, and updates.
• Provide support to the service department by handling customer inquiries about warranty coverage and claims.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support the service department.

Pay: $60,000 per year

Our Warranty Administrator will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
