Review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Communicate effectively with service technicians to gather necessary details regarding repairs for claim support.
Track the status of all pending claims and follow up on any discrepancies or requests for additional information.
Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions and correspondence to ensure compliance.
Monitor warranty parts returns and credits to keep our inventory and accounting records balanced.
Collaborate with the service management team to identify trends in claim denials and implement improvements in our submission process.
Minimum of two years of experience in automotive service warranty administration.
Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty claims procedures and guidelines.
Proficiency in dealership management software such as CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure claim accuracy and minimal rejections.
Understanding of automotive mechanical terminology.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in relevant manufacturer training programs is a definite plus.
