Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest-facing or hospitality-focused experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and to work certain shifts in accordance with local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience for guests by providing First Class Service at all times.
• Greet guests promptly and graciously, guide them to their table and ensure the experience starts and ends with exceptional care.
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display and dining room areas.
• Represent the RH brand by presenting yourself professionally and knowing RH culinary and beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and enhance guest experience and business performance.
