Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to greet guests promptly and guide them to seating with warmth.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience for guests by providing First Class Service at all times.
• Greet guests promptly and graciously, guide them to their table and ensure memorable experiences.
• Maintain host stand, coat closet, menu displays, and dining room areas.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with presentation standards and knowledge of offerings.
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and guest experience.
