The ideal candidate has 1+ year of guest-facing or hospitality experience, is legally eligible to work in the United States, and can work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest facing or hospitality-focused experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and perform duties as per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience for guests with First Class Service.
• Greet guests promptly, guide them to their table, and ensure a superb dining experience.
• Maintain the host stand, coat closet, menu displays, and dining room areas.
• Represent the brand by presenting oneself professionally and knowing RH’s culinary and beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and enhance guest experience and business performance.
