RH hospitality seeks a guest-focused Host to welcome guests and guide them to their table, delivering warmth and elevated service in our RH Design Gallery dining room in Chicago. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.

You will maintain the host stand, coordinate seating, and act as a brand ambassador, staying informed on RH culinary and beverage offerings while supporting leadership to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest-facing or hospitality experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, first-class experience for guests at all times.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure a smooth start and end to the dining experience.
• Maintain and organize the host stand, coat closet, menus, and dining room areas.
• Represent RH by upholding presentation standards and knowledge of RH offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction.
