Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in guest-facing roles at high-volume restaurants, proficiency with OpenTable, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest-facing role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proficient with OpenTable reservation system.
• Strong multitasking to manage reservations, greet guests, and table flow.
• Warm, welcoming presence under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, setting the tone for dining experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists with accurate wait times.
• Coordinate seating with service and management to maintain flow.
• Communicate special requests or large party details to the team.
• Maintain a polished host stand, entrance, and waiting areas.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders.
• Support opening/closing procedures for the host stand and entrance.
