Job summary

Village on the Park Denton, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community, is seeking friendly Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to greet residents and guests and ensure a warm, safe environment.

You'll handle public inquiries, monitor traffic and emergencies, manage phone systems, assist the sales team with inquiries, and support daily operations while upholding HIPAA and company policies. PRN shifts require weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service/front desk experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests, and employees in a courteous, warm manner.
• Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to residents, families, vendors, and visitors with courteous assistance.
• Provide key support to the sales/marketing team by managing inquiries effectively.
• Operate paging/telephone system and route calls appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling job applicant interviews for department heads.
• Track resident/guest check-ins and assist with daily procedures.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
