The Aspenwood Company is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate at Village on Morehead, a luxury Independent Living senior community. This part-time role pays $18.00/hr and requires weekend and holiday availability.

You will greet residents and guests, monitor traffic, maintain public spaces, and support sales inquiries while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, prior front desk/customer service experience, and strong

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word) and some Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, families, guests and employees in a courteous, warm manner.
• Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs with immediate, courteous assistance.
• Support sales/marketing by managing inquiries effectively.
• Handle guest/employee meal ticket sales and service requests.
• Operate paging/telephone system and route calls appropriately.
• Assist with maintenance orders and electronic systems.
• Monitor emergency calls, doors, and alarms per policy.
• Help schedule interviews for department heads.
• Track residents/guests and perform daily check-ins.
