Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to use online EHR platforms.
• Must understand and follow HIPAA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive and check-in for appointments.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays at arrival and during scheduling.
• Schedule intake and follow-up appointments and update client information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure privacy and security of health information.
• Answer phones professionally and provide information about services and scheduling.
• Support billing by gathering necessary client information for denials or coding issues.
• Represent Anew Behavioral Health professionally to clients and vendors.
