CJ Logistics America is hiring a Workflow Coordinator to monitor and adjust daily warehouse tasks, ensuring on-time receiving, picking, and shipping. You will use WMS and MS Office to track workflow, resolve issues, and communicate with teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and participation in training to support efficient operations and productivity.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated communication and delegation abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily work assignment queue and adjust priorities for efficient processing.
• Coordinate trailer moves with yard spotter and manage outbound product allocation.
• Identify, track, and resolve workflow issues including OS&D and inbound discrepancies.
• Use WMS, MS Office to document adjustments and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations staff and partners to optimize workflow and execution.
