• Great communicator with ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Workflow – Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability, and tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head-on.
• Keep the Dock Moving – Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate & Collaborate – Be the bridge between teams; keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything stays on track.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
