Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily work assignment queue and adjust task priorities to ensure efficient processing and on-time completion.
• Coordinate and allocate trailer moves with yard spotter, including yard-to-door and door-to-yard activities.
• Manage product allocation for outbound orders, balancing inventory availability and workflow requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve workflow issues such as stockouts, overages, shortages, damages, and outbound exceptions.
• Act as the primary resource for system adjustments and resolution of inbound receiving discrepancies.
• Communicate operational challenges and updates promptly to management.
• Utilize WMS, MS Office, and related applications to track workflow and document adjustments.
