Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehouse/dispatch or production planning, with WMS experience (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and strong analytical and communication skills. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning.
• Tech-savvy with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite).
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Adaptable and organized; thrives in fast-paced environments and handles challenges gracefully.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Optimize workflow by monitoring and adjusting assignments for efficiency and balancing inventory for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with yard spotters to maintain smooth dock operations and transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Tackle additional duties within training and scope.
