Job summary

Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, Inc. is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker at our Horicon, WI location. The role involves locating finished products, labeling, and moving items using conveyors, stackers, and overhead lifting equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have forklift and overhead crane experience.
• Experience working with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate products completed in the first step process.
• Scale and tag product.
• Use plant-specific packaging equipment (conveyors, stackers, down enders, banders) to move product.
• Transport items to the warehouse for future shipment.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift to move product.
• Identify defects and package designated items.
• May perform other duties as related or assigned.
