Job Description

Job Duties:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, good housekeeping guidelines, safety guidelines, wear designated PPE, and meet OSHA safety requirements.
• Identify and understand customer requirements.
• Attendance is essential.
• Perform essential and non-essential tasks; maintain PCPs, Critical Control Points, and Safety Procedures. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; cross-functional operator position.

Must have excellent communication skills, understand warehouse computer systems, manage multiple priorities, and maintain excellent housekeeping and organization. Certification to drive a forklift is required or must be obtainable at Schreiber Foods.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, sit, frequent forklift mounting/dismounting, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, repetitive case stacking.

Rate of Pay:

• $21.77/hour (including certification pay), with additional shift differentials of $0.50 for second shift and $1.00 for third shift.

Shift/Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6 am to 2 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6 am

Overtime, weekend work, and guaranteed 40 hours/week are expected, with pay at time and a half on Saturdays and double on Sundays.
