Description

Nasco Education is a wholesale distributor of products for schools and farms. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our summer warehouse team!

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, with occasional Saturday morning overtime.

Duties may include:
-Picking of orders

-Packaging of orders

-Assembling of educational kits

-Moving pallets using a hand jack

-Assisting with loading and unloading of trucks and put away of inventory

-Tracking of items using a digital scanner (similar to using a smartphone app)

The pay rate is $14 per hour. Students returning to Nasco after working prior summers are eligible for higher pay rates.

Requirements

The ideal employee:

- Age 16 or older

- Able to work independently

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English

- Safety minded

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for duration of shift

- Must have good basic math skills

- Open to working in various areas of the warehouse as needed
