What You'll Do

The Warehouse Worker will enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely picking, packing, and scanning orders using high reach equipment.

• Operate high reach forklift equipment to access and retrieve products from warehouse racking
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet standards and customer specifications
• Package items securely, considering shipping requirements
• Build pallets and position them for loading
• Report quality or inventory discrepancies
• Maintain proficiency with computerized systems and technology
• Ensure equipment is maintained and report malfunctions or safety concerns
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
• Participate in training and safety meetings
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements
• Work some overtime as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required for Success

• At least one year of warehouse experience, including high reach forklift operation
• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
• Accurate counting skills for repetitive tasks
• Ability to read RF scan devices and use Warehouse Management Systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Attention to detail
