We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Lebanon Distribution Center on 1st Shift. The start times are 6:00 am, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday.

What You'll Do

The Warehouse Worker will enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery using high reach equipment.

• Operate a high reach forklift to access and retrieve products from warehouse racking
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet standards and customer specifications
• Package items securely, considering shipping guidelines
• Build pallets and position them for loading
• Report quality or inventory issues
• Maintain proficiency with computerized systems and technologies
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
• Participate in training and safety meetings
• Suggest process improvements
• Work overtime as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required for Success

• At least one year of warehouse experience, specifically with high reach forklifts
• Experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
• Accurate counting skills
• Ability to operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and collaborative
• Attention to detail
