Job summary

Heyco, a PennEngineering company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Toms River, NJ. The role supports the Shipping Team with receiving and processing shipments, inventory checks, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, ensuring accuracy of packing and paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This is a Monday–Friday shift with some benefits and opportunity for growth within the manufacturing and engineering organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Valid forklift license is preferred but we will train and certify.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming/outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, mail).
• Count, weigh, and inspect materials; manage power files and inventory.
• Fulfill sample, small pack, and literature orders.
• Handle RGA paperwork, packing slips, and receiving reports.
• Assemble and verify outgoing orders; label containers.
• Operate a forklift to move materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and support Sales/Customer Service/Marketing as needed.

• LOCATION: Toms River, NJ
• SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p
• Pay Rate: $19 plus quarterly bonus
• PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays
