Job summary

Heyco, a PennEngineering company, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Machine Operator for our Toms River, NJ site. You will start and operate assigned assembly machines and monitor automated equipment to maintain a seamless production flow.

The role offers $19–$21/hour, plus a $2 shift differential and a 7% quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with employer match, paid time off, and on-the-job training. We value diversity and teamwork.

• Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
• Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed.
• Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized.
• Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities.
• Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Shift: 7p-7a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday

Pay: $19-21/hour, depending on experience (plus $2 shift differential)
