Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a reliable forklift operator for a temp-to-hire role in Rialto, CA. The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with on-site forklift certification and free parking provided.

Candidates must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift and have 1–2 years of warehouse experience. Pay is $18.00 per hour (W2), with major medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits available for longer assignments, and on-site certification provided to support daily

Qualifications

• Operate a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Pick and pack customer or inventory orders accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain productivity throughout the shift.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Previous forklift driving experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.

Job Summary

This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, site-provided forklift certification, free parking, and the opportunity to build long-term stability in a team-oriented logistics environment. The right candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable staying active throughout the full shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse operations.
• Pick and pack items accurately according to order requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour W2.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Rialto, CA 92376.
• Free parking available.
• Forklift certification will be provided on site.
