Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports shipping, receiving, and warehouse return operations by processing returned printer parts, scanning inventory, and helping maintain accurate product flow through the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer returns of printer parts and route items through the appropriate warehouse workflow.
• Use an RF scanner to identify, scan, and process returned inventory accurately.
• Inspect, sort, and organize returned parts according to warehouse procedures.
• Assist with picking, loading, or other warehouse areas when return volume is light.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16.78 per hour, W2.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire, with possible permanent placement.

Job Description

• This role will consist of managing excess returns of printer parts to the warehouse.
• Anything that is returned by the customer comes through this department and this worker will use an RF gun to scan and identify returns/process returns.
• If the workload is light, this person may float and help in picking/loading areas of the warehouse.
• These candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on their feet all day.
