Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Worker for a small Earth City, MO warehouse. This contract position runs a standard 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with voluntary overtime as needed. You’ll help receive, sort, and move inventory, keep a clean workspace, and support daily operations on a small team.

You’ll perform packing, picking, loading, and unloading while following safety protocols and maintaining on-time performance. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally more.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory handling.

Job Description

Warehouse Worker position supports a small warehouse team during a period of increased inventory. In this role, you help organize, move, and manage incoming stock efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing new inventory to ensure accurate placement and efficient flow of goods.
• Move, relocate, and stage items within the warehouse as needed to support daily operations and inventory management.
• Perform general labor tasks such as packing, picking, loading, order picking, and unloading materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace by following housekeeping standards and promptly addressing clutter or hazards.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and protect yourself and team members.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Work under minimal supervision while staying focused, reliable, and punctual throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
