Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Transportation Specialist to coordinate daily warehouse shipments and carrier capacity, ensuring orders are shipped and delivered on time.

You will communicate with UPS, FedEx and other carriers, arrange pickups, track performance, resolve shipping issues, and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize logistics and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other U.S. carriers is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills for daily work.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse shipments and carrier capacity.
• Communicate with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Arrange vehicles, pickup times, and transportation based on order volume.
• Handle shipping issues such as delays, missed scans, lost packages, and returns.
• Track delivery performance, carrier capacity, and logistics data.
• Coordinate with company-operated warehouses, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.
