Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Market Operations Manager I (Warehouse/Transportation) to oversee daily operations of a storage center within a designated territory. You will direct on-site teams, coordinate routing, assign drivers, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining OSHA, DOT, and preventative maintenance programs.

This role requires leadership, the ability to recruit and train staff, and strong communication with HR and Territory management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred or 1+ years of management experience.
• CDL Class B License or higher preferred.
• Current/valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain PODS forklift certification.
• DOT medical card preferred.
• Mechanical ability to identify equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, identify and retain top talent.
• Provide daily support with coaching and hands-on/ride-along training for associates.
• Support PODS core values and administer performance management processes.
• Report employee issues to Territory Manager and HRBP; communicate with HR.
• Provide regular communication to team on goals and performance; conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Manage daily routing and driver assignments; coordinate repairs and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
