Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two or more storage centers within a designated territory. You will direct daily operations, supervise associates, manage routing, and ensure adherence to DOT/OSHA and maintenance programs.

A CDL Class B license, forklift cert, and prior management experience are preferred. You’ll lead safety practices, drive improvements, and coordinate with Territory Manager and HRBP for personnel matters.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of prior management experience.
• Ability to apply and successfully attain CDL Class B License or higher is preferred.
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license from the state in which position is assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two or more storage centers and associated staff.
• Manage daily routing, driver assignments, and ETA/JPH performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and local regulations and maintain safety programs.
• Oversee asset management including trucks, forklifts, containers, and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and equipment maintenance and ensure proper paperwork.
• Maintain daily driver checklists, inspection logs and records; manage petty cash as per policy.
• Provide regular communication to team on goals, results and improvement opportunities.
• Travel frequently to storage centers within territory.
