Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Market Operations Manager I (Warehouse/Transportation) in Peoria, IL. You will lead daily storage center operations, direct routing and driver assignments, and ensure OSHA, DOT, and maintenance programs are followed to meet customer expectations.

You will supervise associates, manage safety and compliance, and coordinate with Territory leadership. A CDL-B and forklift certification are preferred; a valid state license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of prior management experience.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class B license or higher (preferred).
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license from the state of assignment.
• Must be able to obtain PODS forklift certification.
• Possession of a DOT medical card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of a storage center and supervise associates.
• Manage daily routing and driver assignments to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain OSHA, DOT and preventative maintenance programs for the storage center and equipment.
• Lead and coach associates; administer performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and internal policies; manage safety and regulatory adherence.
