Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a distribution/transportation team. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage budgets, and drive safe, efficient operations while ensuring client service standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years of management in an industrial setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; BS/BA or equivalent preferred. This position is based in Tulsa, OK with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible with shift start times including weekends and holidays.
• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills; multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and multi-tasking.
• Warehousing, Logistics or Third Party experience preferred.
• BS/BA Degree or Associates Degree with Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues.
• Ensure associates follow policies; hold weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout including cash balancing and payroll records.
