Zusammenfassung

Core-Mark is seeking a training specialist to lead the development and delivery of warehouse training programs at our Springfield, OH facility. You will train order selectors, forklift operators, and other associates, ensuring adherence to safety policies and company standards.

You will use WMS/SAE systems and maintain thorough training documentation while collaborating with leadership to standardize practices across shifts and departments.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years order selection experience; 1 year within the company or 2+ years total.
• Ability to create training programs and tailor training to different learning styles.

Aufgaben

• Deliver hands-on training to warehouse associates for safe, accurate performance.
• Train on order selection, forklift operation, putaway, replenishment, loading, and safety.
• Use warehouse systems and tools (WMS, SAE, reporting platforms).
• Provide timely feedback to trainees and supervisors.
• Maintain training documentation and records.
• Support classroom and on-floor training for long-term success.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize training across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend retraining plans.
