Job summary

Core-Mark in Springfield, OH is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support distribution center operations. You will operate material handling equipment, move freight, and help maintain accurate inventory.

The shift runs Sunday through Thursday with pay at $19 per hour plus a premium. Core-Mark offers Day 1 health benefits, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and growth opportunities within a Fortune 150 company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; capable of lifting 10-35 pounds, up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Locate proper storage slots and prepare products for storage.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate dated stock as needed.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots.
• Remove empty pallets and keep work area clean and safe.
• Perform safety checks and wear required PPE; meet productivity standards.
