Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Springfield, Ohio site. You will supervise daily operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate inventory handling to meet KPI goals.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 with KPI bonus potential, Monday–Friday 2pm to finish, and comprehensive benefits. Join a national leader in food distribution and contribute to a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and supervising a team.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate and equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping for the shift.
• Leads warehouse staff: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring.
