Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Manager on 2nd shift in Glenwillow, OH. You will oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while leading a 50+ strong team across an active night shift.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and process improvements to drive productivity and cost efficiency. A background in WMS and forklift operation supports effective performance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• OSHA Forklift operator certification and experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors, including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to optimize unloading/loading and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce safety standards across the operation.
