Job summary

URBN is seeking a Warehouse Trainer in Raymore, MO to develop and mentor hourly employees across warehouse operations. The role emphasizes effective communication, hands-on instruction, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The trainer will lead onboarding, ongoing training, and certifications, while partnering with operations leaders to improve performance and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to adults or new hires.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new hires and tenured employees.
• Explain tasks clearly and maintain open communication.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and safety compliance.
• Monitor training progress, productivity, and accuracy of new hires.
• Ensure re-training and cross-training per SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative workplace.
• Support additional duties as directed by leadership.
• Operates department tech (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens).
