Job summary

Nuuly is seeking a Trainer to lead training across warehouse operations at the Raymore facility. You will develop hourly employees, partner with operational leaders, and drive improvements in quality and performance. The role emphasizes effective communication, safety, and cross-training to support SOPs.

The position requires scheduling flexibility, with evening shifts and the ability to train on a range of tasks and technologies, including RF scanners and touchscreens.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for individual or group settings to new hires as well as tenured employees.
• Possess excellent communication skills and ability to explain tasks to others.
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and safety compliance.
• Monitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires.
• Ensure new hire, re-training, and cross-training are completed per SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations.
• Uphold a respectful workplace environment while encouraging team collaboration.
• Support all other duties as assigned by operational leadership or as business requires.
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute and train on job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens.
