Job summary

URBN in Gap, PA is seeking a Training Trainer responsible for onboarding and developing hourly warehouse staff. You will train new hires and tenured employees, implement ongoing skills development, and collaborate with operational leaders to improve performance.

The role emphasizes clear communication and a respectful team environment. The position requires the ability to operate warehouse tools (RF scanners, desktop computers, touchscreens) and to participate in safety programs and SOP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tasks to others.
• Bi-lingual preferred; overtime may be required.
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain attendance.
• Ability to operate department technology including RF scanners and computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new hires and tenured employees.
• Communicate clearly and explain tasks to others.
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, and safety compliance.
• Monitor and report training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires.
• Ensure retraining and cross-training per SOPs and work instructions.
• Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations.
• Maintain respectful, collaborative workplace.
