Job summary

URBN is seeking a Group Lead for our Raymore, MO warehouse. You will provide leadership for associates, maintain SLAs, and serve as a subject matter expert in the designated area while promoting a safe, efficient workflow.

You’ll support employee development, foster a positive environment, oversee production quality, and collaborate with management to resolve issues. The shift is Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain attendance and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership with diplomacy and integrity.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure SOP adherence.
• Interact with management and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
