Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Manager, Training & Quality to lead on-site training programs in Dallas. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of training related to quality, safety, work methods, and instructions.

The candidate will develop competency programs in systems, P&L management, and leadership, while providing ongoing support to employees and ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience working in warehousing and/or logistics.
• 6 months training experience.
• 1 year experience working with MHE.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and the client.
• Develop competency training in systems, P&L management, and leadership development.
• Provide ongoing support to employees in areas of training.
• Orient new team members and refresh on site and corporate policies.
• Monitor and report KPIs for staff training and development plans.
• Plan and deliver on-the-job training programs to meet needs.
