Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Training & Quality Manager to coordinate and deliver required training programs, including safety, quality, and on-the-job instruction at our Dallas site.

The role emphasizes developing competency in systems, P&L management, and leadership, with focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Applicants should have warehousing experience, be able to work in variable temperatures, and obtain MHE certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years' experience working in warehousing and/or logistics.
• 6 months training experience.
• 1 year experience working with MHE.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during seasons.

Responsibilities

• Orient new team members and provide refresher training on site.
• Monitor, measure, and report KPIs for staff training and development plans.
• Facilitate safety, operations, quality, and procedural training updates.
• Plan and deliver on-the-job training to meet site needs.
• Train, certify and recertify team members on material handling equipment.
• Maintain training documents, certifications, and relevant safety materials.
