Job summary

DSV Inventory Management Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Training who will design, implement, and continually improve training programs and quality systems across the logistics organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional certifications in Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Training & Development, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, or Learning & Development within logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or distribution.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and operational projects.
• Experience in designing competency-based learning programs and implementing quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and employee capability development.
• Strong leadership, people management, and excellent coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training and quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop onboarding, operational, and refresher training programs for warehouse, transportation, customer service, and support teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and quality documentation.
• Establish quality standards, audit processes, and performance scorecards.
• Conduct quality audits, root cause analyses, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor training effectiveness metrics and report to Operations leadership.
