Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience and 1+ year of training experience.
• Leadership experience with proven influence skills.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Motivated, creative, and enthusiastic team player with a passion for training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training and coaching to improve associate skills and productivity.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative solutions to elevate training effectiveness.
• Customize site-specific training programs to meet business needs.
• Identify training gaps and recommend solutions through data analysis and observation.
• Oversee and conduct training sessions, mentoring trainers, and ensuring comprehension.
• Develop trainers and monitor their performance for ongoing growth.
• Implement best practices from field training teams into warehouse programs.
• Use data to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
