Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, handling, shipping, and distribution.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory control, productivity, space, and service levels.
• Monitor inventory trends and support replenishment planning to ensure material availability.
• Lead safety, environmental, quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop warehouse personnel and drive ERP utilization for accurate records.
