Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the new hire experience for nonexempt warehouse employees. You will lead a team of Trainers and Trainees, plan and oversee training programs, and maintain a safe, productive learning environment aligned with KPIs.

You will coach on performance, design new training initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to ensure orientation success. The role requires 2–5 years in related settings and a focus on training excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in General Studies or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED with relevant training experience acceptable.
• Experience in retail operations, distribution, transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Trainers and Trainees on a warehouse floor to improve KPIs.
• Partner with Manager to hire, develop, and retain Trainers and Trainees.
• Design, develop, and implement new training programs for nonexempt employees.
• Address performance gaps using appropriate performance management techniques.
• Ensure new hires receive and understand orientation materials and training.
