Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Training Supervisor to develop engaging training concepts and rapidly bring new team members to productivity. In this role, you will mentor staff, oversee onboarding, retention and retraining, and apply strong math to identify opportunities.

You will also coordinate safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations. Regular attendance, performance evaluation, and collaboration with fellow supervisors are essential to ensure high standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in training or supervisory role preferred.
• Warehouse experience and MHE operation preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly training concepts and onboarding for new team members.
• Train and mentor staff; manage onboarding, retention and retraining.
• Apply math to identify opportunities and justify action plans.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance; certify MHE as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors to support new hires and transitions.
• Perform Warehouse Supervisor duties when not actively training.
