Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Training to design and implement programs that boost associate performance and engagement in our warehouse operations.

You will collaborate with Operations Leadership, coach staff, mentor trainers, apply adult learning principles, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 1 year in training, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job description

The Manager of Warehouse Training is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance associate performance and engagement within a warehouse environment.

They collaborate with Operations Leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable training initiatives tailored to site-specific needs.

Key duties include developing associates through coaching, applying adult learning principles, conducting training sessions, mentoring trainers, and analyzing data to measure training impact.

They lead trainer development, incorporate best practices, and adjust programs based on performance metrics.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, over 3 years of warehouse experience, and at least 1 year of training experience.

Leadership skills, strong communication, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Bilingual ability in English/Spanish is a plus.
