Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Training Supervisor to develop and sustain training programs for warehouse staff and leadership. You will own onboarding, role-based training, and certification documentation, coordinating with Operations, Safety, and Transportation to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of training, supervision, lead, or leadership experience.
• Experience in high‑volume distribution center operations preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems, RF scanning, warehouse automation, and LMS/training tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, deliver, and sustain training programs for warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Outbound, Wire, and Automation teams to drive excellence.
• Own onboarding, role-based training, and certification documents; track progress at 30/60/90 days.
• Lead Leadership Development and succession planning; coach leaders and prepare for expanded responsibilities.
• Ensure safety and compliance training; maintain training records and audit-ready documentation.
