Wayfair in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Training Specialist to lead new hire onboarding and PIV program management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will facilitate orientation, ensure onboarding tasks are completed, and coordinate certifications with site leadership.

Qualifications

• PIV Certification is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or training experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions and hands-on training.
• Ensure onboarding tasks (drug testing, I-9, Workday) are completed.
• Coordinate PIV training and certifications with leadership.
• Train the Trainer program for PIV Trainers.
• Maintain documentation for training events and assessments.
• Assist with site engagement and 5S initiatives.
