Wayfair in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move customer orders safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will work with handheld scanners/tablets to process orders and prep large items for shipment.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with 3–4 day work weeks, day and night shifts, and competitive weekly pay with overtime and shift premiums. No resume is required and onboarding includes safety training.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout a full shift.
• Comfortable using scanners/tablets and reading instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle (load, unload, and move) furniture and home goods of varying sizes.
• Lift up to 75 lbs solo, team-lift up to 150 lbs.
• Use handheld scanners/tablets to process and update orders.
• Inspect, assemble and prep large product so it arrives damage-free.
