Wayfair is seeking an IC Warehouse Associate in Cranbury, NJ to safeguard inventory accuracy and product quality within our fulfillment network.
You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and utilize WMS and handhelds to keep stock precise while following safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, basic Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to operate MHE, with multiple shifts available.

As an IC Warehouse Associate, you are the guardian of inventory integrity and product quality within our fulfillment network. You play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of all stock and the quality of merchandise, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and reduces loss. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, advanced system work, and physical capability, all while operating in a fast‑paced environment and adhering to strict safety protocols.
Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet daily targets and support teams during peak volumes.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals in English. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills are essential.
